Q: I'm using SyncEXP to keep a backup of my Notebook (LOCAL) into our Fileserver (REMOTE). The problem: despite of the previous synchronization, SyncEXP detects a wrong time at REMOTE, as shown below (data collected after comparison made by SyncEXP):
[FIELD]:[VALUE]
Filename: profiles.ini
Size (Remote): 111
Time (Remote): 05-03-30 21:16:52
=: ->
Time (Local): 05-03-30 21:16:50
Size (Local): 111
REMOTE:
SuSE Linux 8.1 (i386)
VERSION = 8.1
# date -r profiles.ini
Wed Mar 30 21:16:50 BRT 2005
LOCAL:
WinXP Home Version 2002 SP2
updated with all Hotfix
The curious point: almost every file has the 2 seconds difference.
Any clue?
Ans: We fixed the time shift problem over different Windows internal clock since version v1.87c.
