If you are installing new computers quite often this Google Pack comes as a handy tool. Most elements in the pack are indispensable nowadays. Instead of downloading the latest version one-by-one from different sites, Google packed them all in one download.
The products are all optional, which means you can select only the ones that you need, instead of downloading everything regardlessly.
In yet another shot across Microsoft's bow, Google has released this Google Pack, a software bundle that includes not only Google goodies but also the Firefox browser, instant message & IP phone product Skype, Adobe Reader, Spyware Doctor, Norton AntiVirus, and RealPlayer. Also included in the bundle are Google Desktop, Google Talk, Picasa, Google Earth, and the Google Toolbar.
